Really nice piece! I've come to a similar set of questions. Something I've struggled to answer is: in a truly pluralistic community how do we accommodate individuals that believe their values are objective and require them to act in such a way that is inconsistent with a pluralistic community (e.g. evangelism). Are they simply incompatible with a pluralistic community? If so, how scalable is a pluralistic community?
Great questions, have you come to any new answers :)? The first thing that comes to mind for me is that there would need to be some core principles (a bit like a constitution that all other laws must be consistent with) and among those principles would be something around the right to promote your ideas to a willing audience but not to enforce your views on anyone
